Fallon is a licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (M.OMSc), an active member of the OOA and an OSTCAN certified practitioner.

She completed four years at McMaster University, earning her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (HBSc.) with a minor in psychology.
